Melissa is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with additional Yin Yoga training. She creates welcoming, supportive classes that encourage mindful movement, balance, and self-compassion. She believes yoga is for every body and every stage of life.

Brandie is a RYT-200 yoga instructor with certifications in pre/postnatal and SUP yoga. Yoga became her anchor through anxiety, postpartum depression, grief, and change. She creates a welcoming space for all levels to find balance, strength, and connection on and off the mat.
