Melissa DeRosier

I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with an additional certification in Yin Yoga. I am passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive space to connect within through movement, breath, and mindfulness. My teaching style emphasizes balance, self compassion, and the belief that yoga is for every body and every stage of life.

When I'm not on the mat, you will likely find me in the outdoors enjoying nature, hiking, biking, traveling, and spending time with my family and dogs. I am also working towards completing my Bachelor of Social Work degree to continue to serve others. I look forward to sharing the healing power of yoga to help cultivate strength, balance, and peace-both on and off the mat!
