Brandie is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) with additional certifications in pre/postnatal yoga and SUP (stand-up paddleboard) yoga. She first turned to yoga in 2016 while navigating anxiety and postpartum depression, and quickly discovered not only physical strength, but also a greater sense of grounding, resilience, and connection to herself. Through seasons of grief, change, and uncertainty, yoga became a steady source of healing and support - inspiring her passion for helping others to find that same sense of balance and empowerment on and off the mat.
Brandie is dedicated to creating an inclusive and welcoming space where students of all backgrounds and experience levels feel supported in their practice. She lives in Old Town Winchester with her husband, three children, and golden retriever. She loves hiking, camping, live music, and traveling with her family. Let’s flow together!
