This is a 90 minute led practice. The Ashtanga Primary Series is a set sequence designed to help you focus on the breath, quiet the mind, and prepare the body for stillness. In this class you will be guided through the practice while being able to adjust the asanas (postures) to fit your body, and learn how to use the breath as a tool for interoception. This class is designed for all levels of practitioners.
