Unwind in this 75 minute class where you will have the opportunity to explore various breath patterns matched with movement enhancing the connection to the power of breath and nervous system regulation. At the end of this session you will be guided through various pranayama (breathwork), and meditation before coming into savasana. Modifications will be provided through all aspects of this class making it accessible to all levels of practitioners.
