The New Moon invites us into a sacred pause, a moment to turn inward, reconnect with our vision, and plant the seeds for what we’re ready to create.
Join Maria & Jackie for an intentional evening of reflection, connection, movement, and sound as we gather in community to honor this time of new beginnings.
We’ll begin with heart-centered conversation and a gentle yoga flow to help you move, connect, release, and set intentions, followed by a restorative sound bath inviting you to relax, rest, and receive.
Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, bolster, tea and/or water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. Studio props are also available.
